I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet, clean, and equipped with everything I needed, although they were a bit on the smaller side. The service was friendly and always ready to assist, even though they were not willing to provide restaurant suggestions. The location above the Shin-Yokohama station was excellent, with lounge access and helpful staff. The dining options were good but not extraordinary. Overall, a worthwhile stay at this hotel.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were perfect for what we wanted, clean, and offered a great view of the city. The service was fantastic, with courteous staff who were very helpful. The location was fantastic, with a large king-size bed and a great bathroom. The dining experience was good but could use more variety. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
